Workspaces

Every Atlist account includes a My Maps workspace. You can also create additional workspaces to organize maps and collaborate with others.

Creating a Workspace

  • Click New Workspace from the My Maps dashboard to create a new workspace.

Collaboration & Members

  • You can invite members to join a workspace and collaborate on maps together.
  • The first invited member is free for each workspace.
  • Each additional member costs $5/month.

Member Roles

Members can have one of four roles:

  • Viewer — Can view maps.
  • Editor — Can view and edit maps.
  • Admin — Can view and edit maps, manage member roles, and invite new members.
  • Owner — Can view and edit maps, manage roles, invite members, move maps to a new workspace, and delete the workspace.

Billing

  • You can view the total number of members across all workspaces on the Billing page.
  • The Owner is responsible for billing and the Owner's plan is the Workspace's plan (example: if the Owner is on Atlist Pro, all maps in the workspace have Atlist Pro).

Notes

  • There is a soft limit of 100 workspaces per account. Contact support if you need more.
